Frequently asked questions
Will it change how my fragrance smells?
No. Loom is unscented, so it has nothing to add. Your top, heart and base notes come through exactly as the perfumer intended — they just take longer to leave.
What is the difference between glitter and clear?
Only the finish. The Glitter Primer ($14.99) has a fine shimmer suspended in exactly the same unscented base as the Classic Primer ($13.99). The shimmer catches the light on collarbones and wrists; it does not change the scent, the feel or how long it lasts.
How does the refill programme work?
Order a $6.99 refill and we email you a prepaid label. Post your empty bottle back in the pouch it arrived in; we clean the glass, check the rollerball still turns freely, fill it with fresh primer and send it home — usually within a week. Same bottle, same cap, half the price of a new one, and no extra packaging.
Does it work with colognes and body sprays too?
Yes. Anything you spray onto skin benefits from a primed surface: eau de parfum, eau de toilette, colognes, body mists, even oil-based scents.
How much do I use?
One pass of the rollerball over each pulse point is plenty. Wait about ten seconds for it to set, then spray as usual. A 10 mL bottle lasts weeks of daily use.
Can I send it as a gift?
Every order arrives in a linen-lined box with a hand-lettered card. Add what you would like written in the note field when you reserve, and we letter it by hand before it ships.
When does it ship?
Loom is in its first production run. Join the waitlist or reserve a bottle and we will email you the moment the first batch is ready — waitlist members get first access and launch pricing.
