Step one
Order a refill
Add a $6.99 refill to your bag. We email you a prepaid label and the pouch your bottle arrived in is the pouch you post it back in.

Post it to us
Drop the empty bottle in the mail. We clean the glass, check the rollerball still turns freely, and fill it with fresh primer.

It comes home
Your own bottle comes back full, usually within a week. Same glass, same gold cap, same hand-lettered label — none of the waste.
